Two or more clients working with the coach in group meetings.
A team such as an employee group or committee working together with the Coach. An example of team coaching could be meeting one or more times as a group to complete Enneagram work. The goal would be learning about and understanding each other better through use of the Enneagram tool.
Working one on one with a coach to establish, accomplish, and maintain your goals. Also a focus is placed on being part of a community of like minded people.
There is so much confusion on the term coaching. Let me tell you a little about my coaching.
